1. What we collect

We collect information you give us directly: your name, email, company details, payment information, and the content of tasks you submit. We also collect usage data automatically — pages visited, features used, device and browser information — to keep the service working and improve it.

2. How we use it

We use your information to match tasks with bees, process payments, provide support, send service updates, and improve BusyBee. Task content is shared only with the bees assigned to your work and the coordinators supporting them. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Task confidentiality

Every bee signs a confidentiality agreement before joining the hive. Files and briefs you upload are accessible only to your assigned bees and your account users. When a task ends, bee access to your materials is revoked automatically.

4. Payment data

Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on BusyBee servers. We retain billing records (dates, amounts, plan) as required for accounting and tax purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can decline optional cookies in your browser or through our cookie banner without losing access to the service.

6. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run BusyBee (hosting, payments, analytics, email), each bound by contract to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users, bees, or the public.

7. Retention & deletion

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting privacy@busybee.guru.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@busybee.guru and we'll respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email and post the updated version here at least 14 days before it takes effect.
