Before you brief us
Are the prices really flat?
Yes. The price on the pricing page is the price on the invoice — revisions and files included, no percentage surprises at the end.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds on every service, and most projects don't need the second. If we genuinely missed the brief, fixing that is on us.
Who owns the work?
You do, completely — final exports, code, and full usage rights. Nothing licensed, nothing held hostage.
Can I combine services?
Yes, and you should. Two services save 10%, three save 15%, four or more save 20% — applied automatically in the cart.
Do we get calls or meetings?
No — flat prices work because there are no meetings to bill for. Briefs, questions, revisions, approvals and files all run through email and your client portal, with a median first reply under one business hour.
What if I need something not listed?
Ask. Menus, pitch decks, signage, packaging — if it's design or build work, the hive has probably made one, and we'll quote it flat.
